Each submitted article will be rigorously evaluated following the revision process normally applied in the journal for which the publication of the paper is considered. This process will be based on assessing the originality, significance, technical soundness, clarity of exposition, and relevance to the theme of the issue.

After the submission of papers for post-conference issues, the Programme Committee has decided to publish the MSBC-2019 Special Issue in the Central European Journal of Operations Research on the subject “Societal Complexity and Social-Behaviour Modelling”, eds. Dorien Detombe, Ulrike Leopold-Wildburger, Leonidas Sakalauskas, Steve Taylor, Gerhard-Wilhelm Weber. The issue will be reviewed and approved for publishing by May 10, 2020.
